Winterfest 2025: Double-Blind Peer Review in the First-Year Classroom

Description of this event: In fall 2024, the protocols of scholarly peer review were used to create an experiential learning assessment intended to disincentivize the overreliance on generative AI for written work. This presentation will outline the results of this experiment, with plans to incorporate them into the course plan for the same class in fall 2025.
