Now more than ever technology is redefining the landscape of education, presenting both exciting opportunities and challenges. From artificial intelligence and virtual reality to adaptive learning systems and beyond, these emerging technologies hold the promise of unlocking boundless educational potentials. However, amidst these promises lie significant challenges related to digital equity, privacy concerns, information overload, and the need for critical digital literacy. Understanding and effectively managing these challenges are crucial to maximizing the benefits of emerging technologies while ensuring an inclusive and secure learning environment.
In our 13th Annual Conference, we invite practitioners and researchers in Education to discuss the transformative role of emerging technologies in reshaping educational practices. As we embrace these technologies, we’re also tasked with navigating their potential pitfalls.

Les Technologies Émergentes dans l’Éducation : Façonner les Potentiels, Gérer les Pièges
Plus que jamais, la technologie redéfinit le paysage de l’éducation, offrant à la fois des opportunités excitantes et des défis. De l’intelligence artificielle à la réalité virtuelle en passant par les systèmes d’apprentissage adaptatifs et au-delà, ces technologies émergentes promettent de débloquer un potentiel éducatif illimité. Cependant, derrière ces promesses se cachent d’importants défis liés à l’équité numérique, aux préoccupations en matière de confidentialité, à la surcharge d’informations et à la nécessité d’une littératie numérique critique. Comprendre et gérer efficacement ces défis sont cruciaux pour maximiser les bénéfices des technologies émergentes tout en garantissant un environnement d’apprentissage inclusif et sécuritaire.
Pour notre 13e colloque annuelle, nous invitons les praticiens et chercheurs en éducation à discuter du rôle transformateur des technologies émergentes dans le remodelage des pratiques éducatives. Alors que nous adoptons ces technologies, nous sommes également confrontés à la nécessité de naviguer à travers leurs écueils potentiels.
