Call for Volunteers

The success of the 2024 SALTISE Conference largely depends on the support of volunteers!

Register as a volunteer

We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our conference team for the event taking place on June 3rd and 4th at Concordia University.

By volunteering, you’ll have the opportunity to network with a diverse group of academics from the University and CEGEP levels. Additionally, volunteers will receive:

• Entrance to all plenaries
• Access to conference activities during non-volunteer hours
• Free lunch for those volunteering for an entire day
• A letter of appreciation from the Director of SALTISE for your teaching portfolio and/or resume

Join our dynamic and enthusiastic team comprising dedicated students, faculty, and staff!

As a volunteer, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Registration preparation
• On-site support (directing attendee flow)
• Room preparation
• Serving alcoholic beverages (for volunteers aged 18+) and more.

An orientation session will be scheduled the week prior to the event. Date to be determined.
