About this event

Active learning is a term that is thrown around a lot, but what does it really mean and what does it look like when well implemented? In this session, we will explain the active learning approach and show how it can be used to guide your choices as you design your courses, plan your lessons, and work with your students. We will provide concrete examples and will discuss how you can take an active learning approach in your own course, starting small and working your way up

Objective: Discuss Active Learning strategies to foster student engagement (moderated by John Abbott College)
