IPD | Intercollegiate Ped Days 2022

This event is a joint effort between colleges. Their description of the event follows:

Intercollegiate Ped Days (IPD) is an online professional development event that promotes sharing between educators, fosters intercollegiate professional development, and strengthens collaboration between the English-language CEGEPs. The theme of the event is Systemic Transformation: Developing our Inclusive Practices. The event provides a platform for sharing resources and knowledge by encouraging pedagogical best practices, addressing the collective needs of our faculties and staff, and advancing discipline-specific communities of practice.

Sessions and resources will focus on the following thematic strands:

• Inclusive pedagogies and practices
• Decolonization and Indigenization of pedagogies
• Diverse learners, accessibility and universal design for learning
• Promoting equity, addressing bias and social inequities, removing systemic barriers
• Holistic wellbeing of students and employees
