We explored insomnia in students who tend to be morning larks (morning-types) over night owls (evening-types). This allowed us to discover many factors that affect student success. Those who tend to be night owls are more likely to suffer from insomnia, for a variety of reasons. We will discuss how insomnia and eveningness chronotypes can hinder academic performance.
