Rhys’ projects include the design and implementation of workshops on engagement in the teaching and learning of physics; Physics Education Research (PER); and, understanding the pedagogical benefits of student-led research initiatives at the CEGEP level. Rhys is interested is Faculty Professional Development at the domestic and International level.

Strategies include: Flipped Classroom, Peer Instruction, Reflective Writing, and the use of Student-generated Videos/Photos. - Development of Activities and new Question Types for Educational Technology
